33seven was built for people who created their own success.

Many of our clients are the first generation in their families to achieve significant affluence. They are entrepreneurs, investors, builders, and founders.

Our clients have taken risks, created opportunities, overcome challenges and accumulated wealth through hard work and vision. At a certain point, they understand that meaningful wealth requires more than investment management alone. It demands structure, coordination, strategy, and long-term thinking.

We enter the picture because they realize it’s time for something more sophisticated than fragmented financial advice and disconnected professional services. That is where 33seven delivers value.

We are a modern family office that elevates the success of your legacy by protecting wealth, reducing unnecessary tax burdens, uncovering opportunity, and creating smart and sophisticated, long-term financial structures.

Our role is to ensure you leave a legacy, not a liability. Our approach is highly customized and deeply integrated.

We bring clarity to complexity by coordinating strategy across:

  • Tax planning

  • Real estate

  • Wealth preservation

  • Insurance

  • Succession planning

  • Business growth

At the foundation of every client relationship is our structured 5-part planning process. This is a focused and personalized framework that is delivered through one-hour sessions over 5 days.

The process helps clients simplify complexity, identify opportunities, and create a sophisticated roadmap that is tailored to their financial ambitions, family priorities, and long-term vision.

We are not defined by products, billable hours, or one-dimensional financial planning.

33seven is a coordinated, sophisticated and enduring approach to wealth.

Affluence, Actualized.

Derryn Shrosbree

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Derryn Shrosbree founded 33seven with a clear vision: to provide sophisticated family office strategy for successful individuals and families seeking a more intelligent and integrated approach to wealth.

With three degrees in mathematics and a career that began in global finance, Derryn previously traded credit derivatives on Wall Street and in Tokyo before transitioning into private wealth strategy, real estate investment, and long-term financial structuring.

Over the past two decades, he has worked closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and affluent families navigating the complexities of wealth preservation, tax strategy, succession planning, and intergenerational continuity. His approach combines analytical precision with practical ownership experience, helping clients structure wealth with the same discipline and intentionality used to create it.

Originally from South Africa, Derryn earned his Master of Science in Mathematics from the London School of Economics. In addition to leading 33seven, he maintains active interests in real estate, agriculture, and private investment initiatives. He owns a farm in Holstein Ontario called Comb and Canopy, producing mushrooms, vegetables, and honey for boutique stores and restaurants in Greater Toronto.

Derryn is also a certified chef, world traveler, and lifelong student of business, economics, and human behaviour.
