Derryn Shrosbree

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Derryn Shrosbree founded 33seven with a clear vision: to provide sophisticated family office strategy for successful individuals and families seeking a more intelligent and integrated approach to wealth.

With three degrees in mathematics and a career that began in global finance, Derryn previously traded credit derivatives on Wall Street and in Tokyo before transitioning into private wealth strategy, real estate investment, and long-term financial structuring.

Over the past two decades, he has worked closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and affluent families navigating the complexities of wealth preservation, tax strategy, succession planning, and intergenerational continuity. His approach combines analytical precision with practical ownership experience, helping clients structure wealth with the same discipline and intentionality used to create it.

Originally from South Africa, Derryn earned his Master of Science in Mathematics from the London School of Economics. In addition to leading 33seven, he maintains active interests in real estate, agriculture, and private investment initiatives. He owns a farm in Holstein Ontario called Comb and Canopy, producing mushrooms, vegetables, and honey for boutique stores and restaurants in Greater Toronto.

Derryn is also a certified chef, world traveler, and lifelong student of business, economics, and human behaviour.

Eric Vallee, CPA, CFP®

Tax, Accounting & Wealth Strategy

Eric Vallee works at the intersection of tax, accounting, and financial planning, a rare combination that allows him to bring clarity to areas where many people feel overwhelmed.

While thousands of professionals specialize in one discipline, very few integrate all three. Eric is part of that rare group, providing coordinated advice that connects the full financial picture instead of treating each piece in isolation.

His focus is simple: help affluent individuals make better decisions by aligning tax strategy with long-term financial goals.

Eric’s work goes beyond compliance and paperwork. He helps structure decisions, optimize after-tax outcomes, and bring clarity to complex financial situations that often slow successful people down or lead to costly mistakes.

With experience spanning senior corporate roles, public accounting, and financial planning, he understands how disconnected advice can create confusion and delay progress.

His approach replaces that fragmentation with a single, cohesive strategy.

At 33seven, Eric plays a key role in helping protect what you’ve built, so you can move forward with confidence and know your plan is aligned, efficient, and designed to last.

Eric is also fueled by his love of golf, an ongoing passion and challenging pursuit.
